Carriden Boat Yard Ltd. does not provide any service or repair facilities other than storage and slippage.

Boats up to 50 feet (15 metres) and not exceeding a weight of 15 tons can be accommodated.

There is outside storage in the yard and storage within the sheds together wirh individual electricity supplies if required.  All customers' boats can be launched on the slip free of charge and for larger craft the assistance of a tractor is available by arrangement between a local contractor and tenant for a reasonable fee.

The current storage rates are as follows:

• Payments made by standing order or in advance -
• Outside storage 22p per foot per week
• Inside storage 32p per foot per week
• All other payments 24p and 35p per foot per week respectively.

All measurements are based on a maximum 8 foot width.  Rates for other widths on request.

Rental payments are due in advance and are calculated per calendar month.  There is a surcharge of 5% on all monies in arrears of two months or more.

There is a £5 refundable deposit for all keys to the yard and sheds.
